Just before bedtime, • A cup of tea with pasteurized milk • A modern fruit • Peanuts Then proceed to yawn like a mongoose. - Will toss the whole night in bed because of sleeplessness and a rebellious gut. - Will wake up in the morning so tired, with a foggy mind and anger. - Will repeat the cycle Then they wonder why they are always sick, tired, nonproductive, angry, anxious and depressed.
