🧤For #WorldCleanupDay + Week, @UNEP teamed up with @UNESCOEU & @UNinBrussels colleagues in Parc Royal🇧🇪 to remove litter & sort it for recycling, and help keep the parc welcoming for people & nature.
Together, we collected 20 kg of waste. A reminder that every action counts.♻️🗑️

It was an honour to meet President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during my first official visit to Ukraine.
I thanked President @ZelenskyyUa for his gracious invitation and expressed my appreciation to the Government of Ukraine for its warm hospitality.
We reviewed @UNESCO’s action across its mandate and discussed priorities for further cooperation on Ukraine’s resilience and recovery.
I also paid tribute to the courage of the Ukrainian people and conveyed my heartfelt condolences for all the lives lost in the context of the war.
@UNESCO stands in full solidarity with the people and Government of Ukraine. My visit, during my first year in office, reflects that commitment. #ForThePeople

Today, at the UN #AIDialogue in Geneva, I reaffirmed @UNESCO’s leadership in shaping AI governance that is ethical, inclusive and anchored in human rights.
