the thing about being full time now is that I now have control on how I want my monday's to monday 🥴 I like to use mine as a heavy admin day + the day my family can use me for errands, grocery runs, appointments so that the rest of my week can just be dedicated to my clients :) it's always a little overwhelming to see it first thing in the morning but by noon, most of these are checked offffff 😛 (quetion marks on both of my workouts scheduled for today because I'm a lil sick boooo 🤧) #ugc #ugccommunity

my one year of AHA is next month, here's how much life has changed since then ⬇️ . I was able to turn my front desk job into only SMM for the business ➡️ (after a month of only doing content creation for them I realized I was in a pretty good place to completely let it go for higher paying opportunities that required less time➡️ . I am now part of the @creatorvaultapp team (your social media and community manager ;))) ) . regular in person retainer for a pilates studio (and on top of that I get FREE pilates in 2026 🤸‍♂️?!?!) . local businesses in my area constantly reaching out to me to create content for them because they love my ✨ on camera presence ✨ . was able to establish a personal branding series that has elevated my presence and get reached out by more brands in the fitness niche . clients returning on a monthly basis only for UGC life has been pretty cool since AHA, it just takes time, dedication and a whole lot of believing, everyone's businesses will grow in their own ways and I never doubted or felt remorse over investing in myself (:

working for yourself hits differently when life happens 😭 a friend needed help because their car battery died and without thinking twice, I grabbed my laptop and drove to them, I was still able to get my work done while being there for someone who needed me :,) its moments like these that remind me that the freedom isnt just about working from anywhere, but being the kind of friends I want to be without falling behind on my business <3 #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

people ask how I landed one of my longest social media management clients: the other day, while I was filming for her, I overheard someone ask how she found me and her response made me so proud of myself 🥲 before we ever worked together, I showed up to one of her events and made two pieces of content for her completely unsolicited I wanted her to see EXACTLY what I could bring to her business instead of asking her to IMAGINE it and that's exactly what made all the difference business owners constantly hear from people who want to work with them every day but its the creators who put in the extra reps to stand our that get booked we've been working together since April, and that one decision taught me that the easiest person to hire is the one who already showed you what they're capable of! #smm #personalbranding #ugc

this past week I learned that doing something other than work is not considered rest if you're still forcing your body to work I’d work on my business tasks for the day, head to the gym, try a workout class because I GENUINELY enjoy it and because I wasn't in front of a screen, to me it had to mean I was resting buttttt I wasn’t when the amount I'm doing keeps increasing, my actual rest has to increase too (which is something I struggle with haha) having high blood pressure twice in less than a month reminded me that I can't outwork recovery, and if you can’t prioritize rest, your body WILL MAKE YOU and because I was born with a heart condition, I have always taken my cardiovascular health very seriously, rest isn't the absence of work but It's part of the work if I want to keep showing up for the long haul :) #ugc #ugccommunity

3 months ago I made an organic UGC example for Flex, tagged them, and this morning I woke up to this :3 tagging the brands you genuinely create for isn't just about getting noticed TODAY!! sometimes the opportunity comes months later when they're looking for creators and remember YOUR content, the POC literally said she found me because I tagged them take this as your sign to keep tagging and let your content do the work for you even after publishing it months ago <3 #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity
