20 lbs down, and I'm not stopping here! 💪
After hurting my knee last week, getting back into my workout routine hasn't been easy. The motivation isn't fully there, but looking at how far I've come reminds me why I started.

A little creative experiment today!
Tried a presentation-style video for the first time for my personal brand.
I'm so used to creating content in familiar ways, so it felt good to switch things up and try a different approach.

3 personal branding videos filmed and 2 edited, all finished earlier than expected! 🥹
Now I have the rest of the evening to relax, and it feels so good knowing I got everything I wanted done today. These are the kind of productive days I love!

Currently sitting in a blazer, slowly overheating while waiting for Google Slides to download so I can finish filming. 😂
At this point, I'm convinced my iPad is telling me it's time for an upgrade. All this just to film one video! 😭

Heavy filming day ahead!
All my PB scripts are written, and today's focus is getting everything filmed in one batch.
Been trying to be more intentional with how I plan my content so I can stay consistent without having to film every single day.

Hurt my knee working out last week, so today is all about taking it easy and letting it recover.
Brainstorming skit ideas and writing scripts for upcoming personal branding content.
Really excited for this!

A fellow creator recently told me how much my confidence on camera has improved. 🥹 Little did she know, talking to the camera used to TERRIFY me.
was scared because I hadn't tried enough. Confidence comes from getting those reps in. 💗

Busy morning! Quite a few brand inbounds today but mostly gifted. I don't automatically say no. I ask if they're open to a paid partnership instead.
Not every 1 turns into a collaboration, but I believe it's always worth opening that conversation.

It is with profound sadness that I have learned of the tragic death of a Canadian in last week’s train crash in Spain.
My heartfelt condolences go out to the victim’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. My thoughts are also with all those affected by this tragic incident.
Global Affairs Canada is in contact with local authorities and the victim’s family to ensure that they receive the support needed. The six other Canadians injured in the crash are also receiving consular assistance. Global Affairs officials stand ready to assist any other Canadians who may require support.
Happy Monday! 🐣 A few things left on today's to-do list:
☐ 10K steps
☐ Film 3 PB videos
☐ Send out invoices
☐ Attend a Korean restaurant media event tonight 🍜
A little bit of content creation, business admin, and fun to end the day!

A weekend of deep work and my PB scripts are officially done for the next 2 weeks!
Now I can shift my focus to filming instead of constantly switching between brainstorming, scripting, and creating. Feels so good to be ahead for once!

The way I stepped outside to film some UGC in my car for a little peace and quiet, only for my mom to follow me outside and start using the LEAF BLOWER.
At this point, finding a quiet place to film deserves its own spot on my checklist.

Some days you questioning your progress compare yourself to others and wonder if you’re even moving forward.
But remember why you started growth isn’t linear and the ups and downs are all part of learning and becoming better.

Happy Friday! ☕
Today's focus is getting ahead on editing so I can free up more time this weekend.
☑️ Edit 5 videos (3 food niche, 2 PB)
☑️ Time block my calendar
I've realized I need a better system for managing my workload

Proof you don’t need fancy gears to start content creation.
You don’t need the perfect set up to start. This entire video was filmed on my iPhone 15.

Two videos edited, most of my admin work done, and now I'm bringing my son along to a collab tonight. 🥹
Gelato for dinner? At this point, I better be getting the best mom of the year award. 😂🏆
