This dirtbag was caught by my friend dumping his trash into the Saint John River. He ended up taking all his trash and putting it back in his trunk.

This months-old calf was attacked by predators at the height of the dry season. He survived, but was left with septic bite wounds – and a very worried mother. To treat him safely in the field, our team had to dart both mother and calf with an anaesthetic drug, then set to work cleaning the calf’s many wounds. Fortunately, the damage was to soft tissue only, and he should make a good recovery. His was one of 13 treatments and translocations carried out in August alone by our Tsavo Mobile Veterinary team, a joint operation with the Kenya Wildlife Service. This dog was sold on craigslist and now this poor angel is being dragged by the collar down the streets of Skid Row. This person also lives at the Weingart, which is notorious for not being on the side of the animals at all. This dog doesn’t have a chance.

💔💔💔💔😢😢😢 We were notified late today that Bizzar Brown aka BB passed away at the lot. To say that we are absolutely heartbroken is an understatement. We could see BB was in very poor shape when she first arrived at the lot and she had lost a foal. After bailing her we had the lot put her in a separate area with hay and water.The lot said she had been eating and drinking. We have no more information than that. It has been a difficult week in more ways than one and trying to get transport, then we rescued Brilliant Missy at the same lot so had to fundraise for Missy. We finally secured transport today. In the meantime, a new Thoroughbred mare came in to the same lot today named N P Burns. We are rescuing NP Burns to now take BB's place. Although, we do not defend feedlots, we do know that many of the horses they buy at lower end auctions are already in horrific shape because of previous abuse and neglect. We don't know if we could have gotten BB transported to quarantine sooner if she would have survived long term or not and sadly we will never know now. We do know that we do not want BB to have died in vain. That is why we are posting her deceased picture. The best thing you can do to honor her and to help other Thoroughbred mares that keep ending up at lower end auctions/feedlots is to contact the Jockey Club and state breeding associations in your state and demand that they provide the funding and create the infrastructure that is needed to protect these mares that served the industry. And to hold people in the industry accountable when they throw these mares to the wolves. We do not know who is at fault for BB ending up in the condition she did and in foal, we do not think it was a TB foal but mostly likely a crossbred. Regardless, she did everything that was asked of her and she sure as the hell did not deserve to die at a feedlot. She had the kindest eyes. It absolutely breaks our hearts that she died alone at a feedlot. 💔😢💔 And for the person or persons that abused and neglected her and then dumped her and her baby, may there be a special place in hell for people like you. 🔥 From the winner's circle to the breeding shed to the cheap auction and then the feedlot. That is the life of countless Thoroughbred mares. Change is needed NOW Jockey Club and industry. No more delays, no more excuses. Shame on you Jockey Club and industry. The calf was born last night. The bear showed up this morning... Our donkey went at it before the cow even knew it was there. Braying, rearing, kicking. The bear went back into the woods and the calf stood up for the first time right after.

One wolf was killed in Wyoming Trophy Hunt Area 6,7. Total mortality in Wyoming's Trophy Hunt areas is 18 wolves. Their death weigh heavily on my heart. All of these wolves are like innocent children, so innocent and beautiful.
