With Yildiz returning he will be devastating
It's different from his role with the national team, but so far, the way Juventus are using Alajbegović in relation to the deeper midfielders and Woltemade/Kolo Muani is a positive thing in the long term.
We're very focused on his output, but his main task is somewhat to act as a connector, receive the ball in free spaces, progress and initiate something from there. He drifts across the pitch, both on and off the ball. His ability to recognize and occupy the right spaces will grow.
It's a challenging role, and there's still some lack of chemistry + occasionally immature touches. He’s doing decent. After all, he's never naturally been a touchline winger.
Juventus are awful. But some serious explanation needs to be made this season
We shouldn’t give him anything in January
Luciano Spalletti has requested three key additions in January as Juventus begins preparation for the winter transfer market:
1) A physical striker, as he requested during the summer window as well. The idea is a powerful center forward who can hold the ball up and win aerial duals
2) A regista, given the long term injuries to Locatelli and Thuram, plus the concerns around Koopmeiners’ performances has pushed the coach to identify the need for a versatile midfielder who can dictate the tempo of the midfield.
3) Last would to address the left flank where a fullback who is solid defensively and quick in transition, with an offensive skillset that can help create assists
As for the budget the idea of a new capital gain is being floated around in the amount of €250-300M which could generate a small budget of €25-30M allocated to the transfer market for Carnevali to help address these issues. Spalletti has identified the teams weaknesses and now the management must support in January to help save the season (@NicoSchira )
Dinosaur Italian managers
I wanted to wait before saying anything about Kerim Alajbegović’s situation at Juventus, but something feels a bit strange to me.
He played 45 minutes against Lazio, was taken off at half-time, and since then has barely seen the pitch, getting just one minute against Rennes before finally coming on in the 90th minute against Lecce. Honestly, that doesn’t really change anything.
Is there an injury we don’t know about, or is there another reason behind this? I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but the situation is definitely worth watching.
I deliberately held back my criticism because I wanted to give it time, but if this continues, questions will have to be asked. Hopefully, there’s a good reason for it, because this kid has too much talent to spend his time sitting on the bench.

abbiamo 5 ali e ci schieriamo con il 3-5-2?
ma seriamente?
McKennie has to be the first one to be sold in the summer. He’s a major issue for this current Juventus
A formation which has no space for our most attacking players aswell
