My channel was randomly erased on April 16th overnight without warning.
For the last 3 weeks I have gone through looped support saying the same thing "Spam," Without any concrete examples or explanation which is always followed up with "we need to keep our platform safe..."
I have been doing the same thing for 10 years? Which Community Guidelines did I break? Specifically what piece of content broke these?
Unfortunately I have yet to get a real answer.
For context, I am a freelance video editor whose career was built through this platform. Over the last decade, I grew my channel to more than 185,000 subscribers and over 500 million views. The work showcased on my channel helped me secure opportunities editing feature documentaries and official film marketing content. It was not simply a YouTube page; it was my business, my portfolio, and my livelihood.
@MarkHamill has even seen my Star Wars Modern Trailers and enjoyed them!
What is most alarming is the inability to speak with an actual human being. There is no meaningful escalation process, no transparent review, and no avenue to defend oneself against potentially erroneous automated moderation decisions.
To put this in perspective: it feels comparable to being accused of wrongdoing in court, yet never being told what the accusation actually is, while also being denied the ability to speak to anyone handling the case.

🚨YOUTUBE KILLED MY CHANNEL AND MY DREAM. @TeamYouTube
🗓️A month ago, my channel “Ray Docs” was growing faster than I could ever imagine. Videos were reaching 200K+ views in just a few hours. People were smiling, commenting, enjoying the content I spent countless hours creating with passion and care.
📉Now? My latest uploads can barely reach 500 views.
🙋🏼♂️Same creator. Same passion. And even more effort.
The difference is that after the demonetization for “inauthentic content,” I’ve been left completely lost inside a system with no clarity, no transparency, and no real guidance on what is supposedly wrong.
And that confusion slowly destroys your channel.
That’s the most painful part:
Not only did YouTube damage my channel… it damaged my dream project.
“Ray Docs” was never just a channel to me. It was my dream combination of two things I genuinely love:
WWE and content creation.
I know I’m not perfect. I know learning comes through mistakes and growth. That’s part of being a creator. But even then, this situation still feels deeply unfair because my content is 100% original, creatively directed, heavily edited, and built from scratch with real effort and passion.
I truly believe I created something new on this platform. A unique format.
And above all… I only ever wanted to make people smile.
That’s it.
To entertain people.
To bring joy to wrestling fans.
To create something exciting and different.
On top of all this, more than $3,000 of my earnings are currently frozen. According to YouTube’s policies, in around 20 days that money could be gone forever.
And that money was never just about me.
- It helps support my family.
- It helps support my life.
- And even my dog Maggie, who has been next to me through all of this.
It may sound silly to some people, but I genuinely can’t even enjoy buying her treats or little toys anymore because this entire situation has mentally and financially drained me.
🧠For the past month, my mental health has been destroyed.
I barely eat properly.
I can’t focus on my responsibilities.
I wake up stressed every day.
I’ve spent weeks trapped in emails, appeals, and automated responses that explain absolutely nothing.
And despite all this, I still want to stay on YouTube.
I still want to create.
I still want to contribute positively to this platform.
But creators cannot improve when there is no transparency.
Under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), platforms like YouTube are supposed to provide meaningful explanations and transparent review processes.
Right now, that simply isn’t happening.

I’m just asking for: a real human review, a clear explanations
and a fair chance to keep building the project I love.

I need urgent help with a massive AI false-positive on my 100k+ verified channel (TruthByPhilosophers). @TeamYouTube
I was rejected for YPP under 'Inauthentic Content' despite uploading 100% original, heavily researched content. This hurts so much to hear this when I put in incredible amounts of effort into each video just so my audience feels educated and entertained at the same time.
Meanwhile, dozens of spam channels are directly re-uploading my exact videos (see attached) and many are copying my authentic style on a daily basis to get more views. I strongly suspect the AI thinks I'm the replicator, when I am the original source they are stealing from.
Even my thorough video appeal showing my FULL creative process was just rejected without any reason.
This channel is my entire livelihood. I follow all YPP requirements and urgently need a human specialist to review this automated error.

1. They stated I must re-apply within 50 days to keep my pending payout.
2. My YouTube Studio Dashboard blocks me from re-applying for 90 days.
3. Support admits: "We do not have the option to extend the 50-day timeline or reduce the 90-day period."
You are confiscating earnings for verified work by imposing a deadline you knowingly prevent creators from meeting. Please resolve this policy contradiction immediately. Case ID: 4-7773000039765
Full Context: I was demonetized for "inauthentic content" despite providing video proof of my full workflow. The appeal was rejected with the same vague template sent to thousands of other creators as seen on X.
Now, the system has created a deadlock:
1. AdSense deducted my Dec. earnings (~$5,000) 2 days before payout.
2. Support says I can ONLY get it back if I re-apply in 50 days.
3. The Studio forces me to wait 90 days.
They have admitted they cannot fix this. This is a major contradiction that shows how mismatched YouTube's policies are.

My channel has been removed from the YPP for “inauthentic content,” and I believe this is a mistake.
My content is fully original; I handle everything myself, from researching and writing the script to editing and creating thumbnails. Each video takes hours of work to produce. I put in significant effort to educate my audience with accurate knowledge. No templates, mass-produced videos, or readings of websites/news feeds.
Would it be possible to have a human review my channel, please? This is a humble request.
