I see a lot of posts today urging grace for last night’s anthem singer. They make great points. You never know what someone is going through, even someone in the spotlight. Like an older gentleman with a stutter who showed up sick and hoarse to a nationally televised debate. 🤷♂️
I’ve always been an Anglophile. I love everything about England and the British. But look, since I can’t exactly pick up and move there I was just handed the next best gift: America now has a King! Cool. I’ll feel right at home.
End of an era! I received an email today that lifetime subscriptions to @rollingstone are being converted to the digital version as of July. So sad! Thirty-one years, three decades of a tactile reading experience ended with a click.
This magazine helped me expand my musical taste as a teen when I would question why I hadn’t heard a certain band on my local radio station. It made me buy things I probably wouldn’t have without the knowledge from its pages. RS followed me to college, my apartments (cont)

Best decision ever was not dropping $1600 on that Feb 14th hotel room (that is the Wednesday after the Super Bowl). The hotel is not issuing refunds for that night.
There is nothing we’ve seen that will give us any confidence that we will score the winning touchdown here.
