How many opportunities have you missed just because you heard about them too late? Access to information is often the real difference. That’s why I’m building a Jos South Opportunity Desk, a simple system to help people find, understand, and apply for real opportunities faster.

In Keffi, we were admitting two children on a bed and females on male ward. You could find a woman post-CS on male ward because the female ward was nearly always at capacity. And then when all the wards are full, they will still admit on examination couch, have less critical patients coming from home for their IV medications pending when there is a vacant bed. We had less than 40 bed spaces (including maternity) and we saw about 100 out-patients, labour cases, and emergencies per day. It was either these, or they go back home and die. You people are very very mad and if you cannot face your government, you are as evil as them.
Singer Toluwanisings da!s After Reportedly Being Turned Away by Several Hospitals. “A Nurse once told me that we should wait for a child to kpa! before they’ll give my son bed space. Health workers are w!cked people. They have bad att!tudes, they don’t care and they’re rud£. Go to teaching hospitals like LUTH or LASUT, you’ll crai. I’m a cancer survivor and I saw shege”

The project has been on paper since 2006, I'm really glad that it's finally kickstarting. This means more job opportunities for our people, more investors looking into our state and less stress moving goods. Walahi it's a big win for Plateau, if they get it right fr.
HEIPANG INLAND DRY PORT: UNLOCKING PLATEAU STATE’S ECONOMIC POTENTIAL The journey to making the Heipang Inland Dry Port a reality marks a significant milestone in Plateau State’s drive towards economic growth, investment, and prosperity. A legacy project gazetted in 2006, the facility is now taking a major step towards fulfilling its promise under a new investment partnership. Strategically located near the airport, railway line, and road network, the facility is positioned to become a major logistics and trade hub, serving Plateau State, North-Central Nigeria, and beyond. Its potential is further strengthened by emerging industrial activities in the area, including agro-processing initiatives and export-oriented ventures. Beyond its infrastructure, the Inland Dry Port represents opportunities for job creation, private-sector investment, improved trade facilitation, and expanded economic opportunities for Plateau’s people. With the Plateau State Government committed to creating an enabling environment for investors and supporting the project’s development, the focus now shifts from this milestone to the full commencement of operations and the long-term benefits it can deliver. This is more than the revival of a legacy project; it is a step towards positioning Plateau State as a strategic destination for commerce, logistics, and industrial development.

The Former Governor of Plateau State wanted us to supply vehicles and we delivered vehicles, but they wanted me to inflate invoices of vehicles of 40,000,000 Million to 80,000,000 Million. Have you heard that any Senator or House of Assembly came to buy vehicles from us? —Dr Cosmas Maduka

I am a strong advocate for conversations because I believe conversations shape both policies and people. I have always dreamed of a time when Plateau youths, young adults and older people can periodically sit together in the same room and have meaningful conversations…

This is exactly how Jos people behaved when landlords started adding extravagant fees to house rents, saying they had their “target audience.” Now the reality has caught up with everybody, many people can no longer afford decent accommodation because landlords have all increased their rents. This is not standard; this is madness. When everything becomes expensive simply because someone believes there are people willing to pay, eventually the entire city suffers. Even Abuja, where the income level and cost of living are higher, you can still find some things cheaper than what we are now seeing in Jos. At this rate, who exactly is Jos being built for?
Tads kitchen in Jos is selling Fried rice with chicken N14,600 Fried rice with Beef N13,200, a lot of people are complaining, But Is it worth it!

That ₦10.11bn travel spend isn’t for one office. It covers the entire plateau public service. Training for civil servants, scholarships for 200 students to India, pilgrimages, healthcare, leave allowances & more. Let’s read before talking Biko.
PRESS RELEASE PLATEAU STATE GOVERNMENT CLARIFIES EXPENDITURE ON FOREIGN AND LOCAL TRAVELS, ASSURES CITIZENS OF FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE, TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN GOVERNANCE The attention of the Plateau State Government has been drawn to a recent analytical news report on expenditure by State Government, which cited the sum of ₦10.11 billion as Plateau State's expenditure on travel and transport within the first six months of 2026. The Plateau State Government, under the leadership of His Excellency, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Esq remains firmly committed to transparency, accountability, prudence and responsible management of public resources. Government therefore considers it necessary to provide appropriate clarification to enable citizens properly understand the nature and composition of the expenditure. For the avoidance of doubt, Government wishes to set the record straight, the said amount does not represent expenditure on the travels of the Governor or Government House. It is an aggregate expenditure covering travel, transport and related activities across the wider Plateau State public service, including Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), tertiary institutions, the Judiciary and the Plateau State House of Assembly, as well as statutory personnel-related entitlements. It is important to note that the administration of Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, Esq places high premium on the training and retraining of public servants as a critical component of bridging manpower gaps, strengthening institutional capacity and equipping personnel with the requisite skills and expertise to serve the people and deliver effectively across the various MDAs of the State. For instance, a detailed review of the expenditure shows that the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, leave passage entitlements across the Public Service, and training-related travels by various MDAs accounted for the largest share. These were followed by the training of Plateau State University lecturers abroad, the Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, judiciary-related travels, and approved official travel-related expenditures for the Plateau State House of Assembly. Among these expenditures includes Government’s sponsorship of 200 students on scholarship to India, medical assistance to citizens abroad and other related official engagements undertaken in the interest of the State and its people. It is important to note that Governor Mutfwang has undertaken only three international trips outside Nigeria between January and June, 2026, the period covered by the report. All of these visits were for clearly defined official engagements. In January, he travelled to the United States at the invitation of the organisers to attend the Presidential Prayer Breakfast, an important engagement that provided opportunities to build strategic networks and explore partnerships with potential benefits for Nigeria and Plateau State. In March, he travelled to the United Kingdom as part of the President’s delegation, and subsequently undertook another official visit to the UK in June to attend an international dialogue on Multi- faith coexistence. It is gratifying to further note that during the visits he pursued partnerships and explored opportunities in tourism, and other critical sectors aimed at attracting investment, expand economic opportunities, strengthen partnerships, enhance development, improve the living conditions of citizens, facilitate access to social amenities and ultimately raise the quality of life of the people of Plateau state. The Mutfwang Administration remains committed to serving the people of Plateau State with integrity, responsibility and accountability. The Government will continue to provide accurate and verifiable information on its expenditures and financial activities, while ensuring that public resources are deployed judiciously to achieve measurable development outcomes for the benefit of all citizens.
