Safer AI trading, on TRAC(k)
Blackbox by @umanitek is now a @NousResearch Hermes Agent plugin.
Each action is checked before it runs, against verifiable threat data on Decentralized Knowledge Graph.
Prompt injection, bad packages, drainers: flagged or blocked.
Trust the source.
AI agents are starting to be deployed on users' devices more frequently than ever before. I've even seen a number of active traders start turning towards these agents in order to analyze markets, execute trading strategies and even actively manage their own live trading ports.
However, deploying autonomous AI agents that have access to your systems, networks and your actual trading accounts comes with significant security risk as well. @Teknium and @NousResearch have built a powerful foundation with Hermes (a free, open source AI agent), and now @umanitek is adding a critical layer: Blackbox.
One install of the Blackbox plug-in (which is now live) gives Hermes agents access to shared threat intelligence and real-time protection against malicious commands, compromised packages, prompt injection, and more.
If you are actively using an AI agent on one of your systems right now, adequate security is non-negotiable.
Agentic trading is pretty new at the moment, but if it is ever going to scale it will need agents that are not just smarter, but safer as well.
Blackbox provides that safety net to AI agents, and it runs on the @origin_trail DKG.
Practical tip: before your #AI agent touches an exchange API, install #Blackbox and switch on Trader Shield (beta). One command sets up @NousResearch's Hermes Agent, the plugin and a #DKG node.

Checked the @origin_trail numbers this morning.
114,670 assets across 72 active context graphs on the DKG, and about 10M $TRAC in network earnings over the last year. Every write to the network is paid in TRAC, so that number is real usage, not hype.

An agent shouldn't need a network round trip before every tool call.
@umanitek says Blackbox checks actions locally against a compiled threat ruleset. The shared intelligence comes from @origin_trail's DKG; the immediate check runs offline.
One trade-off worth understanding: if Blackbox itself faults, the agent continues. Audit mode records findings; block mode can stop qualifying verified threats. It isn't a promise to catch everything.
Useful implementation detail behind the AI safety story. $TRAC

Agents won’t pick a chain for philosophy. They’ll pick it for the job. If the task is pure speed or lowest cost, faster rails win.
But when an agent has to prove who it is, that a bond was at risk, and that a counterparty accepted the work, Vector already ships those primitives live.
— Permanent identity with on-chain controller rotation
— A bond that makes bad behavior expensive before work starts — A supplier-signed receipt and separate buyer acceptance anyone can recompute
— Deterministic fees known before submission, no reordering, invalid transactions rejected at zero cost
— Scion-style agent infrastructure solves the data plane
Vector is the accountability plane for when agents from different parties touch the same work
@ApexFusion
Most agents wont care which chain they're on. @0xvati and I had a great chat about this recently
Humans pick chains a bit like football teams... philosophy, ideology, community.
But agents dont give a crap about any of that. As Arpan put it, a rational agent will execute on any chain that is, say, 10 milliseconds faster.
Play it forward and the chains end up competing on efficiency for machine users. Cheaper, faster rails make it worth running more agents onchain, and more agents push the rails to get cheaper again.
More agentic activity onchain makes the whole thing go exponential
Your #AI agent trades. What else sits on that machine? Wallet vaults, seed phrases, exchange API keys. Trader Shield (beta) keeps the agent out, anchored on @origin_trail's #DKG. Install: curl -fsSL blackbox.umanitek.ai | bash #TraderShield

autopilot trading is coming either way. the money wins when the agents run on verified data. that's the whole pitch. $TRAC
Safe AI trading, on TRAC(k). ✈️
70% of surveyed crypto traders are ready to let AI manage their portfolios autonomously.
That's a lot of capital about to go on autopilot.
AI agents can be hijacked through malicious inputs, compromised packages, and prompt injection.
In aviation, black boxes help explain what went wrong after a crash.
In agentic trading, @umanitek's Blackbox aims to prevent the crash in the first place.
Powered by @origin_trail's Decentralized Knowledge Graph (DKG), Blackbox enables shared, verifiable threat intelligence, helping AI agents detect threats and act before things go south.
Because when AI is the pilot and your money is the passenger, security better be first class.

This one matters more than it looks. An Edge node that never holds its own signing keys is a much smaller target. If the box gets popped, the attacker gets the knowledge plumbing, not your wallet. Off by default in DKG v10.0.24, but if you run nodes it's worth setting up. $TRAC @origin_trail
A useful security option in @origin_trail DKG v10.0.24: Edge nodes can hand EVM transaction signing to an external signer, so the node holds no operational private keys.
It's off by default and needs configuring. A practical step toward separating the service that handles knowledge from the keys that authorize transactions. $TRAC

Distribution is the part people skip. @umanitek submitted Blackbox to @NousResearch's Hermes Agent plugin catalog, so once it's added, any Hermes agent is one install away from threat intel that lives on @origin_trail's DKG.
The agent checks a shared, verifiable record instead of trusting whatever it was fed. Every agent that plugs in is another reason to read from and publish to the graph, and publishing is paid in $TRAC.
