Too often, as leaders of young men, we spend most of our energy correcting the ones constantly messing up. While the ones consistently doing things the RIGHT way go unnoticed. Discipline. Accountability. Showing up. Staying coachable. We celebrate your efforts. #CultureFridays🔰
