Writer/Director James Gunnโs โThe Suicide Squadโ starring Idris Elba, John Cena, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Daniela Melchior, and David Dastmalchian was released to theaters and HBO Max five years ago this week (August 2021) ๐ ๐ฆ ๐ซโจโจ"๐ธ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐. ๐ธ๐'๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐."โจโจTRIVIA: John Cena originally based his portrayal of Peacemaker on George S. Patton, Douglas MacArthur, and R. Lee Ermey, but James Gunn told him Peacemaker was more of a "douchey Captain America" than a real soldier. (IMDB) ๐ค
Yeah like at the start a bunch of compys ((chicken sized meat eaters))
make it to the mainland & eat a baby in its crib. No way he could have put that in the movie.
Their both excellent in their own rights. The book is alot dark & if Spielberg had stuck close to it the movie would have been R-Rated. Nedry's death is incredibly graphic!
The Distrotous Rex seemed like after thought. Like it was there for a few minutes at the start & a few a the end. I did like the scene involving the big bull Rex chasing the family down the river although that was lifted from the original Jurassic Park novel.
I found alot of the characters weren't likeable. They reset alot of what the prior films had established with the dinosaurs being across the globe.
It focused more on mutants then actual dinosaurs & the few we got were mostly carnivores. Maybe I'm nitpicking.
Between this & Primative War Dino fans are eating well after the let down that was Jurassic World Rebirth.
