Alcohol and risk-taking workshops with @EasterCarmuirs P7 very lively and good chats about keeping yourself and friends safe and making good decisions @AlcoholFocus @TransformFV We remembered taking loads of cans and bottles out the canal, alcohol and littering is also a problem.
complimentary hot drinks and cakes were available and staff around ready to discuss hoarding, a recognised mental health condition which it is estimated affects 2 – 5% of the population. Items people hoard include newspapers, books, containers, clothes, plastic bags, animals.
Today in Falkirk Town Centre, Falkirk Adult Protection Committee hosted a Hoarding Awareness event. Our aim was to bring our community together, to learn, share and raise awareness of hoarding.

Find your why. If you always plan to make space or complete projects or you feel ashamed of your home, you need to find your strongest reason for making a change.
Your “Why” is your best motivation and whenever you feel yourself slipping, connect with your “Why” to stay on track
