Really pleased to see the Easterhouse Community Alcohol Partnership hosting an event at @Lochend_CLPL this morning to educate young people on the effects of alcohol. The partnership brings together local partners from the emergency services, community groups and retailers to help reduce underage drinking.

We’re pleased to see our collective way of working recognised by Deputy Chief Constable Scott Green, National Police Chiefs Council Lead for Alcohol Harm and Licensing. His words reflect what we see across CAPs every day - bringing people together locally can make a difference.

We’ve all been there “Any chance of a jump in mate, just a wee can of cider”. Don't buy alcohol for young people – it's an offence and could land you in court or prison! Dial 101 immediately & report it to the police. #itwillcostyou
