A few things before this kicks off. 1. I’m a scalper. If you can’t keep up, then don’t complain. 2. I post the alerts as quickly as I can. There might be delays. 3. Max size will be 15%. That will change as the account grows. 4. Stop depends on the trade. I’ll do my best to communicate my thoughts. 5. I will size to 0 but if I do, it will be a communication alert or commentary. 6. I am not a 100% win rate trader. But I’ve grown multiple accounts because of how I manage. Trust the system. 7. I have very little patience for people who complain about things. Remember, I’m doing this because I want everyone to succeed. If things don’t work, then we just move on. 8. I will trade 0DTE. 9. I take profits fast. If you enter, then you have to manage. I usually take profits at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. This isn’t an exact science. 10. In the beginning, we won’t have a lot of contracts. We will exit most on the first move. Let one or two ride and the stop at even. 11. It usually is a slower start. But things will accelerate as the account grows. 12. There are days I won’t trade. There are other days I will trade multiple times. 13. My goal is to grow from 10k to 100k. Will target Christmas.
I’m starting the small account challenge. This Monday. Be there or be square. Entries and exits will be posted on X and inside of @twinsight_x Free.

Symptoms are “horrible” and severe cases are a “living nightmare.” George Monbiot speaks to Natasha Devon on LBC about ME/CFS, it’s long history of being dismissed and psychologised, and the role of governments and insurers.

I’ve just seen this heartwarming 2019 BBC video about asylum seekers helping out on a farm in Yorkshire while they’re waiting to find out if they’ll be allowed to stay in the UK. If this was aired now, the farmer would get a hysterical, balaclava-clad mob threatening him.

In a healthy immune response, IL-6 (Interleukin-6 is a signaling protein that acts as both an immune system activator and an inflammatory messenger in the body) is a short-lived alarm: it helps the immune system react, then shuts off. During COVID, that alarm is slammed wide open, and for some people it never turns off. Infected and inflamed immune cells dump large amounts of IL-6 into the bloodstream as part of a cytokine surge. The liver is ordered to churn out CRP and fibrinogen (which can contribute to microclots when it interacts with spike protein). Clotting risk rises. The brain’s thermostat is pushed toward fever, fatigue, body aches, loss of appetite, and malaise. Nerves become more sensitive to pain. Inflammatory T-cells (Th17) multiply while the calming regulatory T-cells (Tregs) are suppressed. Sound familiar? This is why long COVID so often looks like chronic IL-6 physiology: persistent fatigue, pain, brain fog, malaise, lingering inflammation, sometimes anemia-like tiredness, and a body that still behaves as if it is fighting something. High-dose mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) act as intelligent “thermostats” that reprogram the cellular environment so IL-6 stops driving damage and starts being used for repair. A high dose of MSCs creates a massive localized surge of signaling factors that forces those same immune cells to change identity. The cells that were factories for damaging, chronic IL-6 become cells that use IL-6 for tissue healing. In smaller doses (fewer than 200 million *live* MSCs, from my research while I’m doing 300 million today), native MSCs are easily overwhelmed by a hostile, high-IL-6 environment. This is why stem cell treatment for long COVID has not had great results. Yet. A high dose of live stem cells is meant to out-signal that environment, producing enough PGE2, TSG-6, and IDO to force the immune system to reprogram rather than stay stuck on the COVID-style alarm. Doing this today in Grand Cayman, as the U.S. is way far behind.

This lifelong atheist is incredibly grateful for this man. I don’t believe like him but I agree with almost everything he says. You find wisdom where you can get it.
Pope Leo XIV on AI: The Tower of Babel represents a unity imposed through domination. At the same time, this edifice reveals that the more power seeks to oppress, the more it weakens itself, exposing its inhumane face. We see this in the suffering and injustice caused by despotism, as well as in forms of exploitation that damage both society and the environment. Today the temptation of Babel reappears in a globalization pursued without fraternity in rapacious forms of neocolonialism, in ideological impositions, and in all those contexts without bonds that reduce human life to commerce. Science itself, when reduced to a technique of power, no longer serves to elevate the human person but instead risks degrading the fruits of human endeavor.

There's a 90-minute window every single trading day where the market basically tells you exactly what it's going to do… Miss it and you're guessing for the next 5 hours Catch it and you can close your laptop before lunch 95% of retail traders have never heard of this. The 5% who know it guard it like a trade secret. Here's what gurus doesn't teach you: The 9:30-11:00 AM window isn't just "market open" It's when institutions reveal their hand Big money can't hide. When Goldman or Citadel or any major fund needs to move size, they HAVE to do it when liquidity is highest. That's the first 90 minutes. If they're buying, price expands up from the open If they're selling, price expands down from the open If they're not doing shit, price chops sideways That expansion (or lack of expansion) tells you EVERYTHING about what's going to happen the rest of the day The 9:30 AM Rule: Look at the opening 30-minute candle (9:30-10:00) Did price expand aggressively in one direction? Did it take out the overnight high or low? Did it leave a fair value gap behind? Yes to all three = the direction is set. Trade with it. No expansion? Price just chopping around the open? Close your laptop. The day is garbage. Institutions aren't playing. This single filter eliminates 60%+ of losing trades before they happen Most traders lose money between 11am-3pm trying to "find setups" in a market that's already made its move The profitable traders caught the 9:30 expansion, rode it for 30-60 minutes, hit their target, and went to the gym The 90-minute trading day: 9:15 - Open charts, mark overnight high/low 9:30 - Watch for expansion off the open 9:45 - If expansion + sweep + gap = enter trade 10:30 - Hit target or get stopped 11:00 - Done for the day regardless That's it. That's the whole "job." A guy I know has been doing this for 6 years. $300k+ prop account. Works 90 minutes per day maximum. His words: "I used to trade 8 hours. Made nothing. Now I trade 90 minutes. Make $15k/month. The extra 6 hours were literally costing me money." The market shows you its hand every single morning Most traders are too busy staring at 15 indicators to see it The 9:30 window is free information. Institutions can't hide their size. You just have to learn to read it. Or keep trading from 9:30am to 4pm wondering why you're not profitable Your choice… (I teach trading methods that made over $300k in verified student results. Anyone can get free access to it on my instagram. Link in bio)

Looking back, I think probably most men I dated were not at all fuckboys wasting my time and I'm just a dumbass who fucked it up because of insecurity and paranoia in most cases. But there is a certain type of man who strings along and misleads multiple women at the same time and those are the men impeding birth rates. It's not just about the time they waste. It's about the lost trust they engender. They cause actual dating trauma and make it hard to trust again. They cause women to mess up with genuinely good guys later because it's hard to tell who is who. This is why men being hoes is the real cause of low birth rates. Truly honest hoes are acceptable, but most male hoes are not honest. I also do not think women are really that picky. I think "hypergamy" is a myth and that women just take the best option(s) they have at any point in time. So the problem is that these bad actors are creating marketplace inefficiency. We need to stop accepting "boys will be boys" and recognize them as the destroyers of civilization that they are,

Check out the trailer for my new film, "Musk." It's about a "free-speech absolutist" who has threatened a lawsuit to try to stop the film from being seen.
The @BeyondFest screening of this incredibly important documentary has sold out. Based on @alexgibneyfilm's reputation and what I know about Musk, this is a vital documentary for everyone to see in 2026. They even included the tweets. @bleeckerstfilms youtu.be/eY_8SyndC10?si=a-Vx…

This is Dieter Schwarz - the owner of Lidl, the richest man in Germany, one of the richest people in the world. Only two known photos exist of him, zero video footage, and he's never given an interview. He is an extremely dedicated philanthropist, having put billions mostly into educational causes. He lives in Heilbronn, in Germany, and has transformed the area into an educational/tech/research hub, as well as funding educational activities at Oxford, HEC Paris, Stanford and many others. Technically, he doesn't actually own Lidl any more, as he set up 'The Dieter Schwarz Foundation' - a charity - which owns the Schwarz Group, the parent company of Lidl. In other words, Lidl is owned by a charity that ploughs lots of money into educational causes - and yet Lidl never use any of that in advertising. One of the most successful, interesting people on earth, and nobody even knows what he looks like any more.
