10 years ago i was in and out of the hospital, had overdosed half a dozen times, alcohol poisoning, drug addict, su*cidal with several attempts, undiagnosed bipolar, treated others and myself horribly. i was beyond ready to give up on living i just want to say that it doesn't always have to be like that. you can change. you can get better. you don't have to give up and you don't have to live like that things can get better. there is light left in the world for you
