The modding that happened with those games was insane.

We are starting our Veterans Day drive for the local VA nursing home. (Maybe 2 Ohio and Fl)
We also have our new T shirt and Hoodie with our Barberton Ohio location on it honoring Eunice Stocking.
Link for donation is below and any amount matters.
We try to get some extra gifts/ food/ drinks for the vets living in the homes to make sure they know they are appreciated.

Chocolate quality matters. Get high quality baking chocolate from Valrona or some other company. It won't melt right otherwise.

6oz chocolate, finely chopped. 1tbs salted butter, 1/4 cup heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. 15 seconds and stir. Took me about 3 times until everything was consistent. Set aside, it needs to be room temp.
1 cup heavy cream in a separate bowl. Run a mixer through it until JUST BEFORE stiff peaks form, at which point you put in like less than 1/4 cup confectioners sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Sift the sugar in if you can, either way incorporating slowly.
When ready and chocolate mix is room temp, fold in the whipped cream 1/3rd at a time and incorporating fully each time. Gentle folding is key.
Separate into containers and chill for at minimum 2 hours. I recommend a candied strawberry or luxardo cherry as a garnish.

Prep was less than 20 minutes probably. Longest part was whipping the heavy cream.

I didn't create this, I gave credit at the bottom. But the person who created it said they used Midjourney
Did either of you get the context on this yet? In just wondering if you're feeling silly or not yet.
