This is the shortest flight attainable (by land) in the Maldives. It is just 9miles between Kulhudhuffushi and Hanimaadhoo covered by 5 minutes of flight.The first island observed in this video on the left is Nolhivaranfaru, which looks like twin of Hanimaadhoo 😅 @MaldivianAero

Maldivians used to sing National Anthem to the tune of Auld Lang Syne. It was replaced with a new one in preparation for state visit of HM Queen Elizabeth II to Maldives in 1972. It would of been a joy for her to hear us sing familiar Auld Lang Syne tune
