The path from Blossom to bottle/mouth 😉 for the first batch of Red Apple Rosé Cider. Fermentation eats into the redness giving it more of an orange colour. Nice acidity w/hint of minerality, subtle red fruit in there & the usual wild fermented finish with malolactic softness.

We have a lot of gates like this near to the MoD ‘Stanta’ training area. Very elaborate and expensive, leading to farm tracks - and anybody can walk around the gate, or drive through a simple timber fence. #wasteofmoney
