The 999 service provided by BT is now running on a back-up system so each emergency service can now take 999 calls.
We'd still ask people only to call 999 in an emergency.
Non-emergency incidents can be reported online orlo.uk/Aa1Hq or call 101.

During the lockdown there’s also been a daily rise in people going on the helpline website & last wk that figure was up by 150%
