Big weekend for the Rams.
Our varsity girls won their 3rd meet of the season, the most wins in a single season in school history.
Josselyn led the way with the individual win 🥇 and all five scorers finished in the top 15.
On the boys side, two varsity medalists and super freshman Paulo Sandoval picked up the first win of his career in the freshman division.
Pretty good Saturday.

Girls finished 5th as a team today, led by Josselyn in 5th (19:12) and Valerie in 11th (19:38).
Three PRs on a morning that was 78° with 99% humidity. We could literally see steam rising off the grass and off the runners at the finish.
Not worried about the times.
I want to see what this group can do when we're not racing in a sauna.

Charles Huff is probably the MOST UNDERRATED Head Coach in College Football right now.
At Marshall:
2021 - 7-6
2022 - 9-4
2023 - 6-7
2024 - 10-3
*Marshall didn’t extend him (?)*
Takes over 1-11 Southern Miss, and instantly flips them to 7-6.
Then, hired at Memphis.
Beats UNLV in his debut.

This group BROKE 2 SCHOOL RECORDS at the Region 3 Track Meet.. In the 4x100 they ran a 46.22 to finish 4th in the region. In the 4x200, they demolished their previous record be running a 1:36.75 & earning 3rd against top teams in the region & state.. We just missed the wildcard for state, but the small victories must be celebrated just as much as the large ones.. Tremendous step forward for @MaydeCreekTF program on the girls side.. #CreekMayde

This is what resilience looks like—this is Bambi. He earned his nickname because he couldn't gained better control of his body doing running in the 8th grade as a deaf athlete. Now, he's doing something incredible. So proud of you, Tre!
