We at @TipOffat3 echo this. Using basketball, we are able to help young people to see that it’s not just about the game. It’s about the community coming together to support one another. We can run fast on our own, but so much more can be achieved as a team! #ChangingTheNarrative

Being a youth mentor is something I love doing. Helping to inspire young people to be thinking about how they can impact the world they live in, positively. Young people are our legacy. They will go on to teach the lessons we teach them. Teach them wisely!!! @

So@if you know St Albans, you’ll know about @EveryoneActive #westminsterlodge. Growing up in the area this place gave me my first swimming experience, first use of a gym and my first proper job. It’s changed a lot since my day, but still an awesome place to bring the family! Thx
