Octobug is a short, odd, cozy PC platformer about a spider who lives in world with many flies... too many, one might say! Might make you laugh, might make you frustrated, might make you feel feelings. $3! tinybookshelf.itch.io/octobu…

Fun times: Shplief, my mysterious budget puzzle game, is now 187/200 puzzles complete (93.5%!). I know I haven't shown much of it, though! I've been operating on a "build it now, polish/make it pretty later" basis. Looking forward to showing more of my next weird game real soon!

Started full-time at a new job today. :) It’s been a journey, but ultimately just a good move for me and my family. For one thing: I have a much-shorter commute (from one hour one way, to now about 200 seconds) to reclaim a couple hours of my day every workday.

In about 24 hours I'll be sitting down for an interview in hopes for a change of career (and more stability and less stress). Could alter my life dramatically and change everything from this point forward. No big deal. But I really do hope it goes well.

hello publisher. okay, here is my pitch: Terrible Indie Game. it's a card-collector roguelike with inconceivably massive skill trees. it's a few years behind on the zeitgeist for every possible design trend. every joke is dated to february of 2009. i need $200,000. thx.

Hey indie devs. Any tips on how to maintain creative momentum even when you're not "feelin' it"? I know steady, consistent progress is the key to *everything* but I find it difficult in those times when "real life" is wearisome and mentally draining. 😔

a little tip for all you indie developers out there -- just increase the Sales variable on your next game👍

Wow! I can't believe the difference the NVIDIA DLSS 5 made for Octobug, it's never looked better! Digital Foundry calls this a "revolutionary innovation"!
