Their nationalities are thousands of years old their borders are from 100 years ago. Egyptians are pharoahs descendants, Lebanese are Phoenician descendants, and so on and so on.

Yes the Middle East does share the same language Arabic and even that is convoluted. The Arabic spoken in Lebanon greatly differs from Iraq or Yemen. You can tell with high confidence the country of origin simply by how it’s spoken. Aside from that, the ethnicity and cultures vastly differs between countries in the region.
A good way to look at it is imagine Europe, European countries have a lot of similarities but each is with their independent national identity, their languages diverged much further than in the Middle East but that is also clearly developing there.
So again, when calling Palestinians “Arabs” check yourself. Palestinians are PALESTINIANS and their lineage predates Arabic and Islam. The first step to recognizing their struggles is recognizing their identity and their heritage.
I’m really so tired of the “Arab” label, yes, people in the region speak Arabic (some countries Arabic can’t be understood by others at all), but that doesn’t mean they are unified or are the same people. The cultural differences and ethnicity can differ greatly between them. Palestinians ancestry is more Jewish than the actual Israelis, the only difference is hundreds of years ago their ancestors said fuck it I’m converting to another religion.
Imagine your body makes you millions a year, now imagine it was broken and your income is threatened, now imagine how cautious you’d actually be once it’s healed and how long it takes you to return to taking risks especially if it’s a repeated injury.
