Many come out and say Arab this Muslim that, and while it isn’t their fault it is racist. Yes the Middle East does share the same language Arabic and even that is convoluted. The Arabic spoken in Lebanon greatly differs from Iraq or Yemen. You can tell with high confidence the country of origin simply by how it’s spoken. Aside from that, the ethnicity and cultures vastly differs between countries in the region. A good way to look at it is imagine Europe, European countries have a lot of similarities but each is with their independent national identity, their languages diverged much further than in the Middle East but that is also clearly developing there. So again, when calling Palestinians “Arabs” check yourself. Palestinians are PALESTINIANS and their lineage predates Arabic and Islam. The first step to recognizing their struggles is recognizing their identity and their heritage.

It will be very difficult for us to explain to Generation Alpha how irreverent the Internet was in the 90s and the early 00s. How few people knew about it, how niche it was, how lawless and free it was. How it was something we did in our spare bored time, unlike how we associate with it now. How what we did on the Internet really was disconnected from reality. Now it reaches every aspect of your reality. Explaining all of that to a generation that woke up to it engulfing every aspect of their lives. I don’t think they’ll ever be able to truly comprehend that.

There is something happening that I think our current cycle of media insanity we are basically dismissing. Researchers were able to mimic a flys brain neurons and digitize them similar to AI and used it to fly a drone and it did just like a fly. In Thailand they are experimenting successfully human neurons as an alternative to silicon chips. Those two together are the gateway to levels of science I don’t think anyone publicly is genuinely comprehending.

I find those that are waving the capitalism flag either incredibly naive or sold chills. The fact is we don't have a capitalist system. Capitalism first and utmost rule is market competition, we no longer have that, we haven't had that in a very long time. Capitalism requires checks and balances, where government is able to reign in ultra successful from dominating markets to ensure continued competition. Big companies avoid changes in products as they risk losing their market dominance, that is why for example Credit Card companies have kept the same credit card number, cvv, expiration date... etc for decades even though we KNOW it's a flawed system. Unfortunately while capitalism was allowed to fail us the people, it was a tremendous success for the ultra wealthy with them dominating the system that is supposed to control them. This makes it difficult for us the people to repair the failures without over correcting, and in that comes socialism, while definitely not a long-term strategy, it's mandatory correctional phase for a broken capitalism.

Who had on their bingo card: Trump would be the single most important driving force for the adoption of alternates to fossil fuel? Who would've thought! we didn't need intelligence! we needed stupidity to save the climate. Thank you Mr. President!

Satoshi Nakamoto is a pseudonym for a self-aware AI that either came back from the future, or was built early on and no one knew about, that created a financial system that speeds up AI's ability to financially support it's growth.

People dismissing and ridiculing others for their concerns about AI are extremely dangerous in of themselves. If there is even a 1% chance of their concerns being valid this means there is a 1% chance of end of humanity and that is still incredibly dangerous.

As silly as it may sound. I think Data of Star Trek teaches us something critical. Data’s goal of being human might be a training tool to ensure human safety in this AI environment. By aspiring to be human AI would be actively protective of humans.

If any Democrat after the election doesn’t fight tooth and nail to make sure Hakeem Jeffries doesn’t become the house majority speaker, I will be sure to support anyone that primaries them.

Such a humanitarian empathetic some would say a sociopath but unlike other sociopaths he is able to flaunt it so publicly, yet I am sure someone will come to his defense because they treat him like a deity.
Donald Trump on Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis: “If you feel sorry for him, don’t feel so sorry, because he’s vicious…I really don’t feel sorry for him.” (May 2025)
