As day 14 of this saga draws to a close, hub has finally received communication from @virginmedia with an appt date for our cable pull. 25th October. A whole 31 days after their field engineers physically cut our cable. Feeling blessed at such great customer service #shambolic

Thank you for all your lovely messages. We can only read a few at a time before we get leaky eyes. #btposse you are a lovely, special bunch. Furs, snuggle closer to your Hoos. Hoos hug your furs a bit tighter xxx

Dear #BTposse, Timber's mum here. We are devastated to tell you that Timber went #OTRB 🌈 this afternoon. He'd been poorly all week, but his blood results were very bad and so, with the heaviest of hearts, we said goodbye to our beautiful, beloved boy.
