Please read James Rosen’s essay on the gross prosecutorial misconduct in the Watergate cases.
It needs its own Hollywood movie to show how corrupt the special prosecutors and Judge Scirica were.
And, as Rosen notes, the massive effort to take down Nixon and his advisors is one of the earliest modern incarnations of Lawfare.

If you were wondering how to think about these ridiculous “AI is conscious” nonsense claims, here’s how this predictive algorithm works.
More info here: online.hbs.edu/blog/post/wha…
I can't believe we are having this debate. AI models are not alive, conscious, sentient, or any other word that describes having autonomy.
I think the biggest reason why so many people are deceived into believing this is because they don't understand how AI models work.
They are nothing but statistical calculators.
When you type in a prompt that prompt is broken down into tokens, which are numerical values of partial words. That string of tokens is then compared to parameters within the transformer cloud. Then a statistical algorithm is performed to determine what the most likely response would be. The token response is then converted back into words.
At no point in time did the AI model even understand your question. It just performed a statistical math problem.
The illusion of consciousness, or life or whatever else you want to call it, comes entirely from the user's projection.
AI models are trained on human content. When humans write stuff they express their own autonomy within their writing. So when an AI model uses a statistical algorithm to determine the most likely response, that response mimics what it's been trained on. Not because the machine is intelligent but because it has been trained to copy what intelligent people write.
An AI model is no more conscious than an NPC walking down the street in GTA. They just mimic people. But ultimately they're nothing more than a computer program doing exactly what they were programmed to do. They are not alive now and they will never be alive.

This isn’t just happening in Rochester, it’s nationwide.
Rochester’s hospital system recruits foreigners through an organization backed by the Talent Mobility Fund—financed by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt and led by former Biden immigration officials.
Could that network also be involved in residency placement?
Here’s the connection:
The fund finances inSpring. InSpring and Rochester’s Chamber of Commerce launched Greater ROC Global. Rochester Regional Health joined that program to recruit international nurses.
The money comes from tech-connected donors:
• Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt.
• Open Philanthropy, whose major backers include Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz and his wife, Cari Tuna.
• The family foundation of GitLab co-founder Sid Sijbrandij.
The Biden ties are just as direct:
• Fund director Doug Rand was a senior adviser to the head of Biden’s immigration agency, USCIS.
• Founder Amy Nice helped lead STEM immigration policy in Biden’s White House.
• Adviser Amanda Baran ran USCIS’s policy office under Biden.
Their strategy paper describes “a future of much more migration without political backlash.”
Their approach: help employers expand immigration through existing visa pathways, without waiting for new legislation.
And the fund ALSO backs an inSpring program helping hospitals hire foreign-trained PHYSICIANS and navigate immigration and licensing requirements.

🚨 JUST IN: The passengers from the hijacked FlyDubai flight have SAFELY LANDED in ISRAEL
An Omani copilot ST*BBED the pilot — but a standby flight crew and passengers sprung into action and prevented utter catastrophe, safely landing in Saudi Arabia earlier today
Israeli paramedics are ARRIVING to make sure 100% of them are healthy 🙏🏻
INCREDIBLE NEWS!!
Some members of the media are ALREADY refusing to call this an attempted terror attack, but we all know that's what this is.
It could've resulted in the ENTIRE PLANE's passengers dying. Not today, thankfully 👏🏻

We are so excited about our new Law Firm effort! @ItsYourGov
Oversight Project Announces Investment to Launch New Law Firm to End Lawfare
Jeff Clark: “We at the Oversight Project are launching a new law firm. We’ve received an overwhelming response and have been flooded with résumés and requests for assistance. Our goal is to provide pro bono or low-cost representation to people who are targeted. We don’t want to pursue only defensive efforts; we also want to undertake significant offensive action.” @JeffClarkUS

🚨 HEY, @RepJasmineCrockett — WHERE’S THE FOLLOW-UP?
You called for justice after Tasia Fortune was found hanging from a tree in Jackson, Mississippi, and raised serious questions about a possible lynching.
Now a suspect has reportedly been arrested.
So the question is simple: Where is the same urgency now?
If you believed this case deserved national attention before the arrest, shouldn’t the public deserve to hear from you now that there has been an arrest?
Justice shouldn’t depend on a political narrative. Follow the facts. Seek the truth. Let justice be done.

Al Sharpton just hit Houston hoovering Black votes for Talarico.
The Democrat machine is flooding the city, hitting the big Black churches, trying to drag every possible voter to the polls.
They’re desperate. The turnout operation is on full blast because they know this race is slipping.
Talarico still won’t win. Too many Black Texans see the game. God woke His people up. That’s enough.
