I've told this to a few bespoke tailors. Your marketing budget can be zero. Grab an iPhone camera and just film yourself doing what you think is mundane—sewing a buttonhole, adjusting a pattern, basting a coat, or explaining some terminology. Explain what you're doing. You will be shocked at how many people find this sort of content interesting, even if it feels boring or obvious to you.
