The EFF calls on all South Africans to comment on the Draft Public Finance Management Amendment Bill.
This EFF Bill proposes amendments to the Public Finance Management Act, 1999, to regulate the manner in which the Executive enters into loan agreements with foreign and international financial institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, and other lenders.
