🇵🇸 22 Palestinians, all women and children, were buried in Gaza on Tuesday, three years after Israeli strikes killed them early in the war, journalist Tamer Qdeih reported.
Families placed a photo of each victim on the shrouds, including one of two infants. Civil Defense crews only recently recovered their decomposed remains from the rubble.
It comes two days after 75 Palestinians recovered from the rubble of Gaza City's al-Daraj neighborhood were buried on Sunday. Gaza's Civil Defense believes the remains of about 8,000 more are still under the rubble across the Strip.

The commander of the Israeli military unit likely responsible for killing 5-year-old Hind Rajab is currently in the U.S.
As a party to the Genocide Convention and the Geneva Conventions, our government is obligated to arrest and investigate him for these war crimes and acts of genocide. I stand with @HindRFoundation in calling on the DOJ to follow the law and take action.
🇺🇸🚨 The #HindRajabFoundation has filed an urgent request with the U.S. Department of Justice, demanding the immediate investigation, arrest, and prosecution of Sean Glass, currently present in the United States. Glass commanded the Israeli unit implicated in Hind Rajab's murder. HRF's investigation places the 52nd Battalion—including Glass and his Vampire Empire Company—near her vehicle during the killing. Today, Glass walks free in the U.S.

Among the victims was Misk al-Dalo, a young girl killed by Israeli army fire in al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. Several other Palestinians were injured in attacks across the Strip, including in Gaza City and Khan Younis.
Israeli forces continued demolitions, artillery shelling and gunfire across Gaza, targeting homes and displacement tents in eastern Gaza City, including the al-Tuffah and al-Shuja’iyya neighbourhoods, as well as areas in central and southern Gaza. Displaced Palestinians in al-Mawasi, Rafah, were also targeted by Israeli gunfire.

For me, as a Palestinian from Gaza who survived the ongoing genocide, when I look at the rubble of homes on Google Maps, I am not seeing only the remains of buildings, which from far look like a decaying wall.
I am seeing the remains of people whose bodies were crushed beneath walls and ceilings they painted with their own hands.
I see children’s toys. Books. Backpacks. Coloring pencils. An unfinished meal. Blankets. Shoes. Photo frames of grandparents whose grandchildren never met. An old key to a home in Yaffa or Haifa.
I can also hear the last words of a broadcaster on the radio before the news occurred, before the radio was broken and the family crushed.
No breaking news there. No news at all.

190,000 home care workers in New York just filed for a union election. It could be the largest in US history! The record is 137,000 GM workers in 1940.
They care for disabled New Yorkers in their own homes. Paid just $18hr with no benefits, no protections. Thats about to change.
