As America celebrates 250 years of independence, we’re reminded that strong communities have always been one of our nation’s greatest strengths.
Wishing everyone a safe and happy #IndependenceDay. 🇺🇸
Founded in the 1870s, Coconut Grove reflects what makes great places endure: human-scale architecture, shaded sidewalks, and inviting storefronts.
At Third Place Capital, we believe great retail begins with creating places people want to be.
Great catching up with the owner of Gilbert’s Bakery, a #Miami institution with roots tracing back to Camagüey, Cuba, in 1928.

Miami’s growth is exciting and a testament to the city’s increasing global relevance. The bigger question is whether our infrastructure, housing and public realm can evolve fast enough to ensure that growth continues to translate into a great quality of life @FloridaTrend
