Come on @PapaJohnsUK, can you do something about your drivers marking pizza as DELIVERED when its not? Apparently ours got here 13 minutes ago. It didn't/hasn't. I'd rather accurate tracking and late pizza than this. Great example of shitty customer 'innovation'

The Change is brilliant and @BridgetChristie's performance sublime. To the point where it's made us sad, because it's her first big TV thing and we wish we'd already had 20yrs of her writing and performances #thechange

On TV I mean. We've seen BC loads of times on stage doing stand up obs.

Love that @chilternrailway have installed a retro '80s video-game to replace the info board

This is both extraordinary and entirely expected. @NeilRetail has been dishing out what amounts to free insight to @Macys and rather than listen, they do the other thing!
Oh dear. Something I said? 😅 Can't have truth permeating into the alternative universe...

The notion that 15min communities might create growth in small shops and indies is exciting. And yes, I do live in Oxford where our councils managed to so thoroughly botch both the PR and the structure of these proposals that crazy people in Waroomunga are now terrified of them
Last year, if I had to guess what would be the batshit conspiracy theory of 2023, I would have NEVER guessed it would be ‘town planning where you can walk to the shops’

You should come to Neil for the deep insight, but you should stay for the hilarious Macys observations
Each piece is carefully placed to create a display that engages and entices in equal measure #Macys

Physical retail is dea/blah blah blah. The wonderful Timpson team proving again that nice experiences in real places are attractive and viable. Cobblers? Not half!
10 years ago today we bought the Snappy Snaps business. Having never owned a franchise business before we had lots to learn, but with the patience and kindness of our partners, we have created a brilliant, growing business that’s on the front foot. Happy 10th anniversary!

Not had a single @Deliveroo order in the last 12 arrive without problems. The odd thing missing yeah, but problems with their tracker, riders not being able to find an obvious suburban address, contact and help fails, delays all sorts. That utopian vision didn't last long did it

Fucking hell. I think this might be my local hospital too (I think George lives near). Last time we were there was 8yrs ago and it was superb, though the circumstances of our visit were very bad. To think of this collapse in that time is figuratively and literally heart breaking
Last night I checked into the emergency department at my local hospital*. I saw firsthand what has happened to the NHS. However much you read, it doesn't prepare you for the terrible reality. This thread tells a now-ordinary but - in this rich nation - almost unbelievable story.

The reopened food section in London Colney. Not hard to see why M&S are doing OK in food

Hey @neillcameron thank you SO MUCH for making my son's day. Your kindness in responding to his letter (Arthur from Wolvercote School) has made him so happy, we've ordered some books as a small thank you. Top class Neill, thanks
