So when do we find out how many hundreds of billions in chips and ram are in warehouses for data centers that will never be built… and when do they hit the secondary market

I have a theory that middle class life involving so much hoop-jumping is legitimately one of the reasons the birth rate is low. One thousand cuts of tiny complexities to juggle. you'd hope a future would make this better but so far its just turning up the heat
We live in an extremely temporary golden age where many delightful things (airline upgrades, access to higher quality medical care, refunds in general) are gated behind superhuman patience that only a small fraction of the population has access to. Entire chunks of the economy are made for this specific group, and now everyone has this type-of-guy working for them on demand. With agents making phone calls and waiting *literally forever*, anyone can now have access to what the "patient elite" have always enjoyed. This obviously will not last forever as companies realize everyone is doing this, though it may last longer than you think due to fragmented AI adoption.

If you work in a cybersecurity-sensitive industry, use only self-hosted, open-source password managers. All software-as-a-service solutions are crooked in one way or another. Why take unnecessary risk which you can avoid cheaply.
🚨 BREAKING: Password manager mSecure is telling current and former customers to immediately secure everything stored in it, from passwords to 2FA and passkeys. Its maker, mSeven Software, says it "recently learned of suspicious activity" tied to the app and has called in outside cybersecurity experts. The notice does not say what happened, how many users are affected or whether any vaults were accessed. In December 2025, Germany's cyber agency BSI found that mSecure's maker could, in theory, access the data users store in it.

> be AI company > scrape the entire internet > ignore licenses and copyright > download millions of pirated books > use them to train frontier models > spend tens of millions buying physical books > cut off their spines > scan every page > destroy the originals > lecture everyone else about intellectual property > we are the good guys

We added two sentences to Claude Code's prompt on Opus 5.5 to steer it away from recreating someone else's specific game because using Claude to infringe IP is against our usage policy. Original games, genre games, and games built from your own designs and assets are meant to keep working. We'll continue to iterate to ensure we're striking the right balance. In the meantime, if Claude turns down something that's yours, send it my way.

not only google ads but EVERY search engine in web2 has lost to spam, including mobile appstores ask your father to download the chatgpt app and see him install 10 fake apps before the real one
The domino that caused the Binance $6 Billion hack was a malicious Google ad. 1) Google has been getting away with profiting from ads for literal malware and phishing sites for far too long 2) Engineer A is retarded

GENIUS 🤣🤣🤣 He created a script to counter the new data tax the French government wants to adopt: - He downloads a PDF file available on the Socialist Party's website on an infinite loop, which racks up €30 in taxes in 4 hours. - In theory, if 1,000 people did this, they could drain their €16 million budget in 5 months 🤣🤣🤣 The law doesn't exempt associations or political parties, so honestly, part of me kind of wants it to pass 🤣🤣🤡🤡🤡

We were taught that Earth orbits the Sun in a closed circle. In reality, Earth has never returned to the same point in space once in 4.5 billion years. Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds. Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops. The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.

In a weird way, everybody is rooting for you. When you go to a job interview, the interviewer wants you to be amazing so they don’t have to look anymore. when you go on a date, the person wants to have an amazing date with you. If you make a piece of content, people want to see amazing pieces of content and they have no problem if it’s yours. the instant you get into the mindset that people want you to do well, your entire world gets better. And you’ll be shocked to know this pattern keeps repeating in different areas of life.
Hit me with the harshest reality truth.
