भाजपा सरकार को सिर्फ ये करना था-
1. UGC के नए जातिवादी नियमों को रोलबैक करना था,
2. नई Committee बनानी थी
3. और नई कमेटी फिर से UGC के नए नियम बना देती।
लेकिन इनकी नियत साफ नहीं है।
ये UGC के वही नियम फिर से लागू करेंगे, बस उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव जीता दो इनको इस बार।

At some point, BJP needs to understand that the anger is real. People are genuinely frustrated with the way this UGC issue is being handled.
Simply announcing a Review Committee, especially after 10 months, is not going to help.
You don't need months to acknowledge something that is wrong.
Let Modi come forward, own the mistake and announce UGC rollback.
He has a habit of appearing in public to take credit for successes. Why not show up and take responsibility for the blunders as well?
Taking people's patience for granted could cost BJP far more than UP in 2027.
The consequences could follow it all the way too Loksabha in 2029.

Those celebrating BJP's announcement of "reconsidering" the UGC Regulations need to get their heads out of the sand.
Have you forgotten 2018? When the Supreme Court stepped in and introduced safeguards against the misuse of the SC/ST Act, what did Modi's government do? Instead of respecting the court's judgment, it brought an amendment to overturn it and made the Act even more stringent, and made GCs life hell.
The same government, the same political calculations, the same shameless disregard for the concerns of those who get crushed under its policies.
And now we're supposed to believe that a few committee meetings, some carefully worded statements and another round of political drama will magically turn this government into our saviour?
Are you seriously that naive?
This government has already shown us that it can go against a Supreme Court judgment when its political interests demand it. Why the hell should we trust its intentions now?
Stop celebrating crumbs as victories. Stop falling for these fake manufactured assurances.
We don't want another committee. We don't want another reconsideration. We want COMPLETE ROLLBACK of the UGC Regulations.
Until that happens, BJP can shove its assurances up their @#₹.
We don't fu*king trust this government an inch.
