The REAL Lab team [Co-PI/Co-Director @NicolRHoward, Dr. Alvarado (Co-Director), and Nicole Broadnax (Lab GRA)], will examine how/if educators’ use of in-person and media-based STEM role models addresses a critical barrier for Black girls seeing women in STEM who look like them.
