$BGDE Load House campus update
Texas Load House, has entered into a strategic LOI with Tensor IQ establishing a framework to develop and commercialize up to 17 MW of AI/HPC capacity.
✔️ Up to 17 MW of gross power capacity planned for Tensor IQ
✔️ Initial deployment planned for 7,748 NVIDIA B300 GPUs
✔️ Infrastructure designed for AI training and inference
✔️ Targeted to be in service by Q2 2027
Subject to definitive agreements and full utilization, the LOI’s indicative terms represent ~$546M of power-lease-related revenue to TLH over the initial 15-year term, with the potential to reach approximately $1.07B over 25 years if both extension options are exercised.
This represents another important step in moving our Texas Load House project from site development toward an operating AI infrastructure campus

Most on @X know me from $BGDE but my company Endeavor Blockchain in partnership with Six Thirty AI has been having some fun this past week building something special for the zcash:native mining community.
Formally introducing @SluiceyPool developed by the one and only @trading_chi! The goal of the project was to reduce the operational cost to fellow @Zcash miners in the space. Check it out, spread the word.
Per zcashinfo.com we are already the 6th largest pool in the network while offering a fee structure to fellow miners that is up to 92% less than the largest pools out there. Built for the institutional grade miner, but we're here for the retail guys and gals too. Bring a G/Sol or bring your solo machine....we have you covered.

On the way to school today my son said, "Dad, I'm in the mood for some Morgan Wallen music."
My work here is done.

Anybody have a connection to a short term/month-to-month rental in or very close to Charleston?
Over the past couple of days it has become clear that little Ruby may be at MUSC for several months. Ronald McDonald house is proving difficult to pin down (and I wouldn’t mind leaving our potential space there for someone with greater financial need). It would be nice to have a space that my wife or I can come and go from as we need to.
My DM‘s are open, please hit me up if you have any connections before I just go and search myself. Thanks!
We can let ourselves see Venezuelan excitement about the hope of a new path forward. We can also acknowledge our President committed an act of war w/out congressional approval. It's never as simple as we want it to be. Good & bad. Light & dark. Both/and. Hold space for it all.
“Because of God’s great merciful compassion, the Light from on high will visit us.” -Luke 1:78
Merry Christmas!
Advent reminds us that when God brings hope and reconciliation it is only because the Faithful One makes the first move toward the faithless. The covenant keeper pursues the covenant breaker. He doesn’t wait for us to see it. We grow & change b/c He initiates the gift of sight.
The hope of Advent starts in the dark. The tidings of comfort and joy first take root in the place where the light is snuffed out. The promise of a Savior right after the fall reminds us that the hardest thing is never the last thing. #Advent2025
“The tidings of comfort and joy that we sing about are comforting and joyful because Christmas finds us in the throes of everyday life. Christ comes to bring light and life to us right where we are.” @HeReadsTruth #Advent2025
My daughter’s 🏀 team beat their division rival at the buzzer today in OT. She is classmates with a bunch of the girls on the other team. The stakes were high. A special kind of joy as a parent to see your child put themselves out there when it matters and come up a winner.
