Geospatial has been a deep stacked & often condensed vertical; As industries recognize & deploy functional & appropriate location based solutions at different scales, the geospatial silo tips over onto its' side, with experts and solutions horizontally sowed to most any vertical.

Air transport complaints are like jokes about airline food, they shall be posted to X and universally relatable, as they can happen to YOU! So here’s the setup, I’m at @FlyFrontier check in in PDX because the first leg of my flight was not able to be checked in 70 min to takeoff
@FlyFrontier do you think my joke about extortion perfectly executed by your staff across the country is funny? Or is it a terribly sad joke that you will seek to make right?
@flyfrontier charged $100 for PDX and $200 for both our bags from DEN to PHL… they literally extorted us, knowing the situation and knowing we had to make it on time to PHL, it’s not policy to charge per leg for carry on, but they argued til the door was about to close AND
Amtrak does not encourage upward mobility… parts of the nation were systematically cut off from one another…
Utilize what’s left of regional rail networks or start hopping freight.

This probably should have foreshadowed my future as a GeoGeek… calling out scene locations, but also heckling any New York scene where they go around a corner in The Village and pop out in TimeSquare, etc.
