After finally tracking a bottle down I can confirm that the Costco Sriracha that uses the chilli peppers that Huy Fong used to use in their Rooster sriracha is EXACTLY WHAT THE OLD SRIRACHA TASTED LIKE. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.
