Met a guy who built an agent that writes acquisition dossiers on M&A targets.
It's helped him closed $1M+ worth of deals in the past year alone.
-Claude Code runs a waterfall of Skip Genie, Hunter, and Apollo to find the actual owner
-Each dossier flags sell signals like no succession plan
-A proven contact form message gets the reply
-He personally calls every qualified lead. That's still the step that converts.
As effective as it was it was still a clunky build. We adjusted a few pieces, got rid of some extra tools that weren't needed.
The current workflow is two Grok Bots on a flat $60-100/mo and one CRM as the source of truth. About $1,900/mo saved and 10 hours a week back.
Same engine, cloned, becomes a lead product he can sell to other brokers.
Everyone: just run LLMs locally, it's easy
