the next layer of software isn’t another app it’s agents meeting humans wherever they already are with omnichannel continuity across every interaction nobody wants to hop around restarting context all humans really want is an outcome achieved with the least friction john just wants his subscription cancelled stacy wants to figure out where her order is steve wants to book an appointment while driving old software is “old magic” because it’s become so familiar to use there’s a whole new level of magic most people haven’t experienced yet comms is the way we get there

I'm experiencing a strange behavior with Fable 5.1 that I haven't seen with any other model. Multiple times today it told me that something was completed, only to say a paragraph later, “One thing you need to know first,” and then explain that it hadn't actually done anything I wanted. Astra would never do me like that...

cool use case of chatgpt work i heard last night: connect your family calendars and explain your kids' interests. every morning for the drive to school, have it make a podcast that talks about one kid's soccer game that afternoon, one kid's upcoming birthday, some news, etc.
