Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) has 26 categories for 837 terms, and 3,185 options when you account for Grade 1 to 5 🤯! I wanted to be able to interactively visualize CTCAE so I some wrote code 🧑‍💻 @TheCodingDocs Take a look at --> thecodingdocs.com/clincal/ct…

Wraps dozens of REDCap API endpoints into a single object. Updates only data that changed. Saves everything to multitab Excel. Summarizes data. Can define custom datasets (including deidentification). Powers shiny app (in dev) for exploratory data analysis. Open to collaboration!
