The pain in #fibromyalgia occurs bilaterally, i.e on both sides of the body and above and below the waist. It is usually described as a constant dull ache that lasts at least three months. Pain can be located in areas like the back, neck or a non-cardiac chest pain. #ThisIsFibro

Don’t laugh 😂 I’m thinking of trying #Yoga to help with #Fibromyalgia but don’t know where to start. The resources I’ve seen talk about breathing a lot. I have #HeartFailure so breathing and bending are not my strong points. Who’s done chair yoga? What resources can you share?
