š„ A swimmable Thames in 10 years š„
If @SadiqKhan is re-elected Mayor of LDN 02/05, we can finally have a serious conversation about how to make the #Thames swimmable.
There are so many phases to achieving this that we need to start now.

A Lido represents an opportunity to create a transformational and ambitious public amenity for Dublin, and it is our hope that DCC and the Central Area Committee recognise this and agree to move it forward.

Fascinating discussion about making the Thames swimmable infront of @LondonAssembly Environment Committee including testimony from @ThamesBaths and the Teddington Bluetits - who said the one thing that could improve it would be water companies to stop dumping sewage.

15,000 people marched through London for clean water yesterday. Barely a mention in mainstream media.
We marched to tell the government to do its job.
We marched for our rivers, lakes and seas.
We marched to stop profit from pollution.
We marched for our childrenās future.

Amazing turnout - really inspiring speakers - people have come from across the country: wild swimmers, sailors, fishermen, farmers, rowers, business owners, the WI, Richmond & Twickenham Lib Dems and so many, many more groups represented.
TIME TO š THE SEWAGE & HOLD OUR WATER COMPANIES PROPERLY TO ACCOUNT
Did you know that every water company in England is under criminal investigation?!!
