If you find yourself repeating yourself over and over when talking to an agent you need to do one of two things:
1. Create a skill to do said thing
2. Use a text expander to make shortcuts for repeated bits of text.
For skills, ship them into a skill marketplace.

Of all the nifty software I've installed, TextExpander has to be the highest delight-to-complexity ratio. You set an abbreviation for your most commonly used snippets of text, and when you type it out anywhere it expands into the full snippet. So neat.

Here are my top 5 "Must-Have" Mac tools I use all day as an Ops lead; and why I love them:
- Keyboard Maestro: if you know, you know. This one keep me moving
- TextExpander: this is my second language at this point, still hoping for better iPhone integration one day
- OmniFocus: excited for the new Kanban view coming this year (please deliver on this one OmniGroup). My cheat code is using the eisenhower matrix as your tags to keep you always working on the most important and urgent
- Apple Notes: the ability to have a repository and syncs across devices and back to OmniFocus amazing (plus, there's no extra subscription cost for this one)
- Sublime Text: a good text editor is still important (even w/ ClaudeCode)
Did I miss anything?
