@jagexyuey can you please do something as a community manager, services for people who got false bans is horrible, been 2 months since i’m wrongfully banned on my main DrPump and alt Scrim-Ruby, they literally just need to review the trad logs and they’ll see there is no RWT…
@jagexyuey I’m still very grateful for what you did for me passing my infos to the anti-cheat team, but seems not to be enough. We are customers that paid to play the game and that’s the service we get coming on X spamming everyday because our case is unappealable.
I would like to add also, I’ve retweeted a post from @JagexAyiza that admitted early 2024 that false bans is a thing, so why nothing has changed for those situations? Literally there is not a 0% chance that someone get wrongfully banned… plz we need support.

The point here is there is a chance it could happen, not that it will happen. I am just being honest about how these type of bans are handled.
@ProtoxxYT maybe not a full vid on it, but doing like @elyrunescape did and @AUTUMNELEGYRS, helped us with visibility. Only content creator with visibility were able to get reviewed under a week, and here we are waiting for months… the support needs to get better @jagexyuey
Like we get there is so many requests, but as we know RWT bans are unappealable, we should be able to reach mods to get reviewed as everyone know false bans is a thing, even if it’s 1% margin error… @Freckled_Dad @the_inducted got unbanned because they have visibility…

People with high visibility get their accs reviewed under a week, but us, it takes months cuz we dont have visibility… plz help
