I submitted two tickets more than a week ago and haven’t received a reponse yet. I also can not see the status of these tickets when I log in on the website.
Is this normal? Can you confirm someone will respond to these requests?

Good post. Some takeaways:
- We’ve seen bans auto denied, will it just happen twice now?
- If appeals get denied twice but are still false, can a ticket be raised/live chat assist?
- Do all offences get an appeal option now?
- Will live chat be able to review bans?

My fps drops to 20 when the Lion spawns in the Colosseum. It becomes unplayable in later waves as more monsters spawn.
Any chance there is a way to fix this? :)
@JagexAsh hey Ash, any idea how to solve this? Start of the end waves become 5 fps sometimes, making it literally unplayable…
