I just had a deeply alarming 45 minute sync with our Talent Acquisition team regarding their new AI-driven resume screening tool. They reported that the software's reduced our time-to-hire by 60% over the last month. I asked them to walk me through the specific algorithmic parameters they established for filtering out unqualified applicants. The HR manager smiled and said they just told the AI to optimize for digital natives with high runway potential and a youthful energy. I stopped typing and asked her to run a demographic report on every single candidate the software's rejected since September. The data showed a 100% rejection rate for any applicant who graduated college before the year 2010. I explained that automating age discrimination doesn't make it suddenly legal, it just makes it highly scalable and incredibly easy to prove in court. She seemed genuinely confused and argued that the AI made the decision, not her, so we're insulated from liability. I had to explain that the EEOC doesn't currently accept the robot defense for federal civil rights violations. I'm currently drafting a memo to halt all hiring until we manually review 4,000 resumes.

Blokes who vote progressive need to watch this clip carefully. A One Nation senator asks a simple question: Why is there an Office for Women with real power and funding, but nothing equivalent for men? The answer from the government side is basically: “We have a men’s health envoy… think of our daughters… this isn’t a zero-sum game.” But look at the outcomes: Men are the majority of suicides. Men make up most workplace deaths. Boys are now the minority starting university. Fathers are far more likely to lose primary care of their kids after separation. If you believe in fairness and evidence, those numbers matter. An Office for Women is fine. Supporting women is fine. But refusing the same institutional recognition for the serious, measurable problems men and boys face is not equality. It’s selective equality. When you vote for parties that defend this imbalance, you are voting for a system that treats male disadvantage as less important. That includes your rights as a father, your son’s education, and the support available when men are in crisis. You can still care about women’s issues. You can still reject the extremes. But don’t pretend voting for this approach is voting for equal treatment. The record shows otherwise. Equality means looking at the data on both sides. Not just the side that fits the preferred narrative.

💥BOOM! RFK Jr. just called out EVERY elected official for being beholden to the Big Pharma industry. "Congress is controlled, in so many ways, by the pharmaceutical industry." "There's at least one pharmaceutical lobbyist for every Congressman, every Senator on Capitol Hill, and every member of the Supreme Court." "Some estimates show the Pharmaceutical companies, the industry itself, spend three times what the next largest lobbyist spends on lobbying."

Jacinda Ardern was considering using home detention technology - ankle bracelets for NZ’er’s isolating during covid, to ‘ensure compliance’….. yes she said that. Insane clip - from the insane hard left nutbags, oh who is asking her the Question? None other than FlounderSam! How was this deviant ever let into Covid huddles and stand up’s ? Is this when he was radicalised by the lunatic left? Was he being paid ? Was this to augment his other “online activity” that was generating income ? Anyway the whole thing is super disturbing.

🚨 BLACKOUT CHAOS: SPAIN, PORTUGAL — AND NOW PARTS OF FRANCE AND BELGIUM What started as a blackout in Spain and Portugal just got bigger — now parts of France, Belgium, and even tiny Andorra are getting hit too. Trains stopped, traffic lights failed, and phones cut out — causing plenty of real-world panic. The cause? Still unclear. Some say it’s a European grid fail, others blame a fire in southern France that fried a major power line. Source: Bloomberg, Euronews
🚨🇪🇸🇵🇹 BLACKOUT HITS SPAIN AND PORTUGAL — TRAINS, TRAFFIC, AND PHONES DOWN A huge blackout knocked out power, trains, traffic lights, and phone service across most of Spain and parts of Portugal around noon. Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon were hit hard, while the Canary and Balearic Islands dodged the chaos. Officials still aren’t sure what caused it, but the power grid operator says backup plans are rolling... and no, the markets didn’t crash (yet). Source: Bloomberg
