Every time I come here I see less and less of my friends except the ones who still use this for brand/work and it makes me long for the old AIM days.

To my former coworkers impacted by today’s Epic Games layoffs: you are incredibly talented, and any team would be lucky to have you. I know this firsthand.
I was part of the 2023 layoffs, so I know how disorienting, painful, and unfair this kind of day can feel. If you’re in shock, angry, numb, heartbroken, or all of the above, you are not alone.
This is not a reflection of your talent, your work, or your worth. Some of the most brilliant, hardworking, thoughtful people I’ve ever worked with were at Epic. Truly. These are people who care deeply, build at an incredibly high level, and show up for their teams again and again.
To those impacted today, I am so sorry. The industry is losing some absolutely incredible people, and I hate that this keeps happening.
To everyone hiring, please take a serious look at the folks coming out of Epic right now. There is so much talent, experience, and heart in this group.
And to everyone affected, I mean this with my whole chest any place would be lucky to have you. 💜

Hey Creators!
Helping out some indie dev friends this week again, and wanted to show a little extra love to Where the Chips Fall since it was the creator’s bday yesterday too 💜
It’s a super fun blackjack roguelite with Balatro vibes and a Cuphead style aesthetic.
Please ❤️ + 🔁 to help more creators find this!
DM me for a key and I’ll send one your way, that’s probably fastest lol
Happy International Women's Day to all the dudes that always forget International Men's Day exists and only complain about it on this day because they suffer from a skill issue.
This game is fun, chaotic, and also features a cameo from Captain. Get it and defeat hyper capitalism and pet this old boy if you see him.

Came back just to check on a few accounts and found out several of the friends I knew still using this site for non work are becoming regressive weirdos because that's most of the media left here. If you can get out of this place please do, it's like experiencing a debuff here.

From our game industry family to yours happy holidays from the Dickens Fair!
Grateful to be surrounded by such brilliant, kind, creative people.
Sometimes the game industry feels chaotic and uncertain but moments like this remind me how much community matters.
Sending some joy to all my fellow devs, creators, and friends this season. 🎄

Once again I'd like to remind people that years ago at the Humble Bundle offices I predicted @Kyle_MacLachlan being on #fallout show by putting a pipboy mask on a cutout of Agent Cooper. Happy Season 2!
I'm super offended that @FailedAsian put a Pip Boy mask over @Kyle_MacLachlan's beautiful Agent Cooper face.

I used to keep my head down in games and let the work speak for itself.
But tbh with all the layoffs and instability lately, the thing I’m most grateful for is meeting people who get it.
Not collecting contacts but genuine friends who are brilliant, kind, and share the same love for this weird industry.
Truly honoured and so, so lucky. 💜

I'm going to the Ren Faire this weekend and I honestly hope someone comes dressed as a tyrant king led away in shackles so we can protest in LARP form.

If Steam's storefront keeps crashing due to Silksong, please help us gain traction!
We released this week just before Silksong, so hope folks can still give Rogue Labyrinth a shot. It's an action-narrative #Roguelite. Think Hades but with SNES graphics!

If you love me, you'll wishlist or buy this game. These folks worked so hard on this in their free time from their day jobs and it's also just beautiful and fun as hell.

Finally met the myth, the legend @TenaciousChi IRL 🥹
We’ve basically leapfrogged each other across half the game industry (same studios, different timelines) and only just crossed paths in person.
Long overdue and so worth the wait 💜
