Just a few reasons why 2024 will be the year of $TLOS
🔀 14 new DeFI Protcols (and counting) locked in and going live early in the new year
🤟Telos zkEVM enabling new Telos L2's
🎮 K2-18 our our purpose built gaming platform (built on telos zkEVM) lead by our new hire Justin Edwards (former COO of Decentraland)
📄 We will be releasing a groundbreaking white paper for a novel Zero Knowledge proof protocol in January, this is something we have been working on alongside researchers from a top 20 protocol 👀 - the work will be fundamental in unlocking major new web3 usecases on Telos and generally speaking put us at the forefront of ZK and web 3 innovation
📈In the mean time our chain usage and defi metrics have been on a solid uptrend over the last few months lead by @SwapsicleDEX , @MeridianFi, @velocorexyz and @0xSymmetric all using our @LayerZero_Labs bridge

Telos Guardians Community Update:
The Telos Foundation Guardians have in a majority vote determined that a conflict of interest exists for Betty Njoroge given her association with KOY Network as a co-founder. In light of this she has resigned her position as a Telos Guardian. /1
In accordance with the Telos Guardian Bylaws, a new election for a Guardian's seat should be triggered upon resignation. However, given there is a scheduled board election in January, Betty will now abstain from any voting or duties & formally resign her seat in January.
