On world osteoporosis day @TedManyanga and I presented @ Zimbabwe Orthopaedic Association meeting re #hip fractures. 1/3 present >2 weeks from injury. 43% don’t get an operation in public hospitals, largely because unable to pay. @ThruZim @TheAOAlliance
